Can Orcon do it this time?

Today I got a phone call from Orcon saying that they were going to get another engineer on the job. They said that the test gear the guys brought out to my home the last 3 times was not sensitive enough to test for interference that would affect ADSL2 so they will ask for a senior engineer this time.

The interleaving should also help in another day or 2 so I am crossing my fingers.

I was impressed that someone called me even if it wasn't the call centre themselves, so hopefully one of these days I will be able to say something nice about Orcon, but they will have to go a long way to win my confidence and trust.
